There are plenty of other games that are filling that void and apparently Harvest Moon is getting its own genuine PC release which is what I actually wanted in the first place. There are plenty of other games that have filled the void in that interim that I've latched onto and this game may or may not come out and I may or may not care if and when it does.
If the project is on such eggshells that one person saying "I don't have faith in it" causes people to be driven off, I doubt it was what I said that would have been the soul cause. I didn't say the game was dead, I said I had no reason to care about a project when the developer was going to go off on other things. Yelling is a bit of an assumption, don't you think? He walked away from the project to work on other things.
